We are currently experiencing an open call for submissions!

To submit to The Foghorn, email your work in some reasonable digital format to editor at thefoghornmagazine dot com.

1. We are currently accepting fiction, essays, verse, lists, skits, and all forms of textual hilarity as well as explanatory diagrams and clever little doodles. We cannot host videos at this time, but we will gladly link to them from our News page.

2. Not an original idea in your head? Not to worry. We gladly accept literary anecdotes and amusing secondhand stories. Please send full citations as needed.

3. You should expect to hear back from us regarding your submission within two to three weeks. Simultaneous submissions are certainly permissible, but do email and let us know if someone better comes along.

4. We are not able to offer payment upon publication at the present time. But we will remember you, and someday when you least expect it, a sizable check for some long-forgotten witticism may arrive to brighten your future mailbox.
